Finally our first day of renovation! The contractor was there early and with all the slabs of tiles for our flooring. IT's such a joy to see the tiles as I can already see our house filled up with smooth, shiny tiles! WOuld take bout 2 weeks which is such a long time! I'm too impatient to see it done quickly. Really a happy day! Made our second payment also to make it 50%. Heartpain on the money but its allright as long as the end product is great! Went back to the aircon shops at IMM to inquire the prices again. Couldn't really decide on whether to put air-conditioning in our hall as it would be quite big, especially after hacking down the balcony. We already had 4 rooms we wanted to put air con so it will quite a hefty sum if we do the same to the hall. MOre or less decided on Mitsubishi Electric, the one endorsed by Jack Neo. Reallly longing to see everything falling into place! Real SOON!
