Went Holland V to meet Joey for dinner today. First time I see her in skirt! hehe according to her, her new workplace requires her to be in skirts. hehe she looks so lady! nice!
We had a long chat about work, life and wedding. hehe she is as funny as before. Joey is my senior in deloitte. She is one senior whom i am closest to. I m really thankful for knowing her since my first engagement in tyco when i first joined dt. she taught me lots of thing, both gd and bad things. haha.. she is someone fun to click with. I like her a lot. Quite gd to have a big sister like her, very fun and mature and someone who always tells me her secrets.. hehe a cute ger.
One bad thing about her is she always likes to treat me and refuse to let me pay for the dinner. Our dinner tonight at sushi teh is no exception. Hai.. so pai say, but she always insisted to pay. Girl, let me treat u when I get my first pay at my new job k?! I wan to thank u for everything! U had treated me like countless times! rem those days we on job together, u bought mac breakfast for me and refuse to let me pay?? U think u very rich ah?? wahahah..
Lilis called me up yesterday and complained to me bout her job. hai.. made me recall my days in deloitte, the endless nights of OT and sufferings.. the "no appetite" days.. hai... this is life. Lilis, jia you k? thou i cant help much, but u can always call me like u always do. hehe .. Miss u girls!
Dunno how my work is like in the future. Of course, i would love to stay in my new job comfortably as long as possible. I hope i can make it my career there. I pray that all will go well..
