Happy New Year!! I am so excited to enter into a bright new year! So many things to look forward to this year!!
However, my CNY is a quiet but peaceful one this year, as my grandma and aunt just passed away less than a month ago. My family visited to our maternal relative's home during these 3 days. As darling's mum is not superstitious (I thank God for her open mind!), I popped over to have steamboat and visited darling's grandma. Hehe, collected some Ang Pohs there too!! So, in the midst of this quiet celebration, I am still blessed!!
Well, a lot of goals and resolutions set this year and hope to fulfill them these year, with God's grace! The first and most impt goal shd be to have good health this year (I kept falling sick last year & that costs me a bomb!). But with my current job, I know I am really contradicting myself. Many of u would know that I worked till late nights and wont be back home till 2 to 4am during our peak period. Very shiong, but I am gonna cling on there. I will pull through & shine like a star in the marketplace!!:) Really thank God for everything- for my family and darling for their tremendous support, how they waited patiently for me to reach home then are they willing to go to bed. I thank Darling for being so understanding and patient with me when I was so busy with work that I got no time to chat over the phone or meet up with him. I thank Darling & Mum for always being there for me to listen to my complaints at work. You guys really keep me going on!I am a really a blessed child!
Ok, next resolution is to go holidays with darling when my peak period ends!! We planned to go taiwan initally. But we won some lucky draw thingy which entitle us to free accomodation in Australia! Hehe so we may change our plan to go to Australia! Either one, I am excited and looked forward to it! So, I shall pray very hard my health wont disrupt our travel plans again (like last year) & we will really fulfill it this year! Yuppie! Darling, I am so excited to go travelling with you!!
The other goal is on my career. I pray that I can continue to strive on when I got promoted in July. Or should I pray for a better career prospect to come along? Hehe, only God knows!
